Right Eye Twitching

My right eye has been twitching from yesterday until today. I really can't stand it anymore.

Interestingly I googled for what causes right eye twitching:

Answers obtained from google search:
Right Eye Twitching Causes

It is very common to see people complain of eye twitching and eye spasms. Either the upper eyelid or the lower eyelid is involved in the twitching. The twitches come and go in less than a moment. However, if right eye is twitching continuously then it may be a sign of an eye problem. The eye twitching can continue to a few hours, days and sometimes even weeks. The lower eyelid twitching is known as myokymia in medical terms. Let is see what does right eye twitching indicate according to medical science.

Strain
One of the most common causes of right eye twitches is eye strain. Eyes muscles may strain due to working too hard for a long time. This means starring the computer screen, watching TV, reading in dim light, etc can lead to eye strain. In cases many individual, changes in eyesight may lead to eye strain as it has to try hard to focus on objects. Thus, one may need to get them checked and wear glasses to correct their vision.

NOT THIS!! I had my fabulous nap this afternoon. First time I have my nap after uni started. Although my nap got disturbed once in a while due to the loud singing from Bruce Hall and some messages alert, NAP WAS GOOD. JUST A BIT TOO LONG TO BE CALLED AS 40 WINKS!! =)

Stress
In today's hectic lifestyle, everyone feels stressed out. The body sends different signals to show it is under a lot of stress. One of the signs of stress includes eye twitching. If you do not give your eye muscles rest and strain them continuously, it causes involuntary twitching of the eyelid muscles.
STRESS??!! Probably yes, probably no!! Yes because I need to hand in two assignments next week, where my group members for one of the assignments have yet finish their part. Oh wells, at least I am done with my part after multiple edits and visits to the lecturer's office. I am still working on my other assignments thou. No because it's Thursday and the week is coming to an end...  as if weekend means something to me!! =P
Weekends is really just weekend by its name. Similarly, teaching break is just teaching break for lecturers, not for students. So, weekends is nothing different from weekdays. Only difference is I can wear my pyjamas for the rest of the day and hide in my room. =)
Lack of Sleep
When one does not get enough sleep, the eyes get tired. This tiredness triggers eye spasms that leads to twitches. Therefore, it is important you sleep for at least 6 to 8 hours at night and catch 40 winks during the day, if possible. This will give your eyes some rest and avoid twitches.
Bingo, lack of sleep. This morning I had to wake up as early as 6am because I volunteered in the Science and Engineering Program which was supposed to start at 7am. Nobody arrived until 7.30am. =(
Suku suku wait in the Sports Hall for half and hour. Grrrrggghhh....
Despite the wrong notice of starting time for this morning, I enjoyed the activities I involved in  - students have to send some secret coding through optic fibre cable and their partners have to solve the mistery given. So exciting right??!!

Dry Eyes
Aging leads to an eye condition called dry eyes. Also, people who work all day long on computers too tend to suffer from dry eyes. Excessive alcohol consumption, use of antihistamine and antidepressant medications also causes dry eyes. This condition may cause eye twitches. You need to speak to an ophthalmologist for treatment of dry eyes right away.

Dry Eyes...?? Dono ler... Maybe...  before I had my nap, Maybe not... after I had my nap
Gosh, it is twitching again!!

Excessive Caffeine
Drinking excessive caffeine in the blood can trigger eye spasms and twitches. Avoid drinking a lot of tea, coffee, soda and alcohol to avoid eye twitches.

NOooo... coffee... Maybe lemonade that I had during lunch? I dono!! =(
Many times anxiety, phobias, neurological disorders and injuries and emotional stress can cause the eye to twitch. A warm compress and gentle eye message will help get rid of the twitches. Take rest to relax tired eyes and check your eyesight in case of vision problems. Artificial tears may helps cure dry eyes to some extent. If one suffers from right eye twitching continuously, the doctor may recommend Botox injections as a cure.

One may tend to considered right eye twitching superstitions as funny or having entertainment value. But the fact remains that, if you suffer from continuous eye twitches, get serious and speak to an ophthalmologist. You may have an eye problem or neurological disorder that needs treatment. Hope, you have found answers related to your problems from the above paragraphs.

First lock out experience

Gosh... After 3 months staying in BnG, this is my first time being locked out of my room. I went to shower and completely forgot about my key card. After showering, I was looking for my key card, and of course, I couldn't find it. I think I need to start taking Gingko supplements because I kept forgetting things and recalling what I did previously is always a pain in the ass.

I followed some random girl to the kitchen so I could go to the Central block to call the duty SR. HAHA... That  girl must be thinking I am crazy because I had wet and messy hair, very big T-shirt and shorts, and was chasing after her. So embarrassed... Luckily she wasn't my student or my tutor. =)

Well, I can get in Central Block but couldn't get out. Seriously, nobody was around in Central Block. i guess it is because today is Sunday. Student either sleep in or went for church. LOL. Felt so hopeless when I was waiting for an angel to save me from being locked out.

OKOOK.... Now I am back in my comfy little heaven. I shall remember to bring my keys with me next time.
=) Time for assignment!!

HAVE A GOOD SUNDAY EVERYONE!!

Saturday night - assignment night

Priscilla's life is coming to an ojibala phase, eating ojibala food  (junk food, instant noodles, high coffee intake, bread and nutella, anything unless healthy food), do assignment ojibala-ly (I now only care about handing in assignment, quality is not that important anymore), wear ojibala outfit (wear slippers in winter, having silly socks day, flowerly top with strippy pants) and sleep at ojibala time (sleep at 5am and wake up at 12pm).

Is that ojibala enough? LOL

Okok, life is in fact not as terrible as you think. I still manage to sleep and eat. Just not that healthy, no big deal. At least I only start having such life at university level, unlike some of those SPM or STPM high scorers which starts to have sleep debt in their secondary life. Oh please, my secondary life was awesome, skipping classes like nobody's business, eating mum's best home cook meal, sleep as long as what a baby need (>10 hours a day)...

Gosh, can anyone to tell me how to do Corporate Strategy assignment?

Assignment is always easy when you know nothing about the assignment. Once you realize you have some kind of assignment structure that you have to use, some "dono-why existed" restrictions made by the lecturers, and some other crappy terms and conditions, THE ASSIGNMENT WILL JUST TURN OUT TO BE DIFFICULT.

According to my tutor, our assignment should state the situation of the company, do some analysis on it, make conclusions and recommendations. Analysis has to be align with recommendations and it must be also true for the other way round. It makes sense right? I know it does, but when you have to apply it to your assignment, you will have to restrict the content to be in that certain area, which for me is really beating around the bush and not let your mind go free. LOL. There is always traffic jam in my brain. I need a traffic police for my little brain. Imagine a traffic police blowing the whistle, telling information A to stop and information B to get through. HAHA... how interesting it can be.

Well, I will have to stop thinking about non-sense. =)

Oh ya... thanks AnQing for the long joke even though I have yet read it... too long... Besides, I will try to reduce coffee intake because according to her, it will increase risk of miscarriage. Funny girl, I have yet got a husband or even worst, no boyfriend at the moment. So, how am I supposed to get pregnant. HAHA... No matter what, thanks for the long joke and I appreciate your concerns and advices =)

Post exam fever

Hurray, One mid sem down... Well, I had my Company Accounting mid sem on Thursday. I managed to finish the exam even though I can't be certain whether I did it well or not. Actually, more than half of the students left early. So being able to finish earlier is definitely not a big big achievement or something to be proud of although I am quite happy with it. Obviously I have low threshold of satisfaction.

Maybe you never take accounting subjects before, but here I want to say, for accounting exams, all it is tested is how fast you can remember the answers from your previous lecture notes or tutorial answers and the speed you could write out everything recovered from the memory card in your mini and compact brain. There are always more questions to answer than you can handle in a given time period, but that's the way it is. Not sure about other courses or degree... but seriously.... why on earth lecturers care so much about the quantities rather than qualities? Maybe I can understand those lecturers when I am in their shoes. HAHA

Holiday just ended but I am looking forward for the next holiday. Can I turn back the clock?

Now I am working on the subject that I hate most, Corporate Strategy. I did badly in both my previous assignments so I took the initiative to look for my "beloved" tutor and asked him what went wrong with my assignments. I seemed to understand the main problem, but it is still ambiguous for me. Too much uncertainties in doing my next assignment. I was reading the case study but Zhou Gong asked me out for a date. LOL. I had my nap for at least 1 hour but I still feel very tired now. I am old already, getting fatigue easily. =)

The heater in BnG is back on and it seems to work pretty well for my room this year. OMG... I can wear shorts in my room as compared to previous years where I have to wear long john with multi-layers of socks in my room. But, I think I should turn down the heater because I am having headache over it. Too much or too little is always not good.

Time to head back to piles of assignments and readings. =(

Please spot error in the previous post!! =)

Sorry Sorry... the previous video I posted... They are the same person... Just some camera video shooting trick... Opppssss... sorry...

To compensate my silliness... I hereby show you another video of him

So obsessed with his talent!! =)

Finally I am back

Sorry, buddy, it is been while since I came and talk to you!!

Thanks to ANU, accounting courses, I am officially a slave for assignments and mid sems. Time seems to be running out as each day passes. Finally, it is the last day of my easter break. Can you imagine for the whole two weeks, I did not go anywhere. All I do is to go work or stay in my little room, studying, doing assignments, watching a bit of entertainment and most importantly, PAYING BACK SLEEP DEBT. hehe

I am going to go crazy, seriously... None of the assignments are done... mid sem revision is still hanging somewhere halfway... Should I be disappointed with myself, with my low productivity and low efficiency? =(

Forget about the disappointment from failing to do everything on my checklist, let's go on youtube, a channel you can rely on and it is FOC. Gila sudah saya... =P

Actually this time I update my blog is because I wanted to share some videos. They are twins. It is rare that both twins can be so talented, so cute, so talented, ermmm... so handsome... HAHAHA... They can be my new idol because I always wanted to learn violin.

Nevermind, I can be a good audience and maybe reconsider learning violin when I work. But, definitely not now... seriously ANU, I hate the workload you gave!!

Enjoy!!
